No. All products are digital PDF downloads. You receive a download link right after purchase.

Which paper size do I get?

Both: US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4 are included in every download.

Which blood sugar units are used?

The logs use mg/dL, the unit shown on most US meters. You can write any reading your meter shows in the notes column.

How do I use the fillable version?

Open it in free Adobe Acrobat Reader, click a box and type, then save. Some browser PDF viewers don't save typed text.

What is your refund policy?

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If a file doesn't open or print correctly, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.
